Cabinet for 360 to reduce noise

Does anyone keep their 360 in a cabinet to reduce noise and, if so,
how do you find it copes with the reduced ventilation? Does the
interior of the cabinet get very warm?
I'm thinking of getting some kind of cupboard for it and cutting some
holes in the back for cables and airflow.

I recently purchased a copy of Rock Band as I've always been a fan of
having the latest games to experience the latest cutting edge graphics.
I am horrified to find out that when I run Rock Band for the first time
there is to be fair not a great improvement to guitar hero that was on the
playstation 2 SEVERAL ...
