PS3 Wireless Headset Issues

Somebody please help!!
Picked up the Official PS3 bluetooth wireless headset (SLEH-00075/87) today,
as well as the PS3 remote control.
Set up the remote control easily, no probs, but cannot get the bloody
headset to sync at all, just constantly searches for it.
I've got a Slim and I've tried both the pairing ...

Didn't know anything about this until I saw the trailer on XBL. I've
since seen it on TV and saw the game in Tesco yesterday so it's
already out.

Just unwrapped it.
Zomg! This is some of the best game packaging I think I've ever seen. It
could almost (just almost, mind) have been designed by Apple in
California, the packaging is that good.

Forza! For only 4.99

Just got the SE at Game for 4.99 thanks to a bunch of trade-ins.
They gave me 25 for NFS Shift which I thought was good as I only paid 30
for it and I've had all the fun I was going to have out of it.

I have a brand new, sealed copy of Ghostbusters for 360. It's an
imported version but is fully compatible with a PAL 360.
The PAL version isn't out for another 2 weeks so if you want to get hold
of this game early let me know. I'm looking for ¡ê30 including P&P, any
takers?
