Who should I list as referees, given that the only headteacher/mentors/
senior colleagues I have worked with are at the school itself?

Although I can;t judge that, it is a site which is easy accessible for

application form. Has anyone got any tips on how long a supporting
letter should be for such an application. I'm starting to waffle
