Proof 2+2=4 and physics

I was under the impression that it wasn't possible to prove 2+2=4
_everywhere in the universe_
I was referred to a proof of 2+2=4 on the web but the maths is way beyond my
abilities so I conceeded the point. Was I right or wrong?

digits , say you choose 512.
Step 2:
Then you rearrange this number to get the maximum and minimum number
represented by these digits which will be 521 and 125 respectively.
Subtracting the smallest from the largest would yield 396 ...
