Noticed ebuyer have cheap postage (¡ê2.19 +VAT) for items under ¡ê50/0.5Kg.
Does anyone know if they use City Link or PO 1/2nd class for these items ?

I purchased an external usb hard drive enclosure from the Northampton branch
this morning and when i got it home the enclosure itself was covered in
fingerprints, and the USB cable was missing! Its a USB device so surely
someone with half a brain cell would HAVE MADE SURE THE USB CABLE WAS PUT
BACK IN THE BOX ...

Hi,
Can I get peoples opinions on and suggestions of lay / informal remedies to
intermittent faults.
My /one suggestion is "bouncing", such as with a soft surface - e.g. a bed.
"Grasp device at one end, 'bounce' onto and off soft surface. Plug in and
try again".

What is the position wrt dead pixels and the distance selling regs?
Is it possible to reject a received LCD, even if it does not meet the
manufactures/ retailers stated dead pixel policy?
I'm planning a buy, bot rejecting one I've got.

Looking to buy an LCD. Haven't made a firm decision on model yet. But
was wondering which websites have a good returns policy, particularly
where I can return the monitor for dead pixels even if it doesn't exceed
the official dead pixel policy.

to me by eBuyer promptly, but on arrival, it had a dead pixel. I
