Ebuyer returns RMA problem?

Hello
I'm tring to return a faulty 10 month old graphics card to ebuyer but the
'fault description' pull down only has one option ie: 'item not required'.
Should I select this?
There is also some stuff about restocking fees that sounds gibberish I
assume this is N/A in my case?

I had to replace my passive MSI GF7600GS as it recently started freezing the
PC when playing GTR2 and FS-X. I had to turn power off to recover. Its 10
months old from Ebuyer, Question is will they detect fault as it sometimes
