Whats the cheapest graphic card you can buy

I dont know if the user has a PCI or AGP graphic card thats duff - but
theres no video signal getting to the monitor and the monitor is
switching itself off shortly after the pc is turned on .
They only surf the net and stuff and arnt interested in games etc .

Transferring Files

I have just captured a video onto my laptop and the resulting file is
5.2 gb and I went to put it on a usb harddrive so I could transfer it
onto my other machine that has the dvd burner but I keep getting a
message stating the disk does not have enough space, it's a 20 gig
drive and it's empty. Am I right in think ...

Motherboard gone

Motherboard gone for second time, first time was just before warranty ran
out, but this ended with the PC back to as supplied state. Think the makers
engineer might have arrived on a horse and wearing large hat and boots.
Anyway a got a good proffesional to get things back for me, but not cheap.

Codec for playing DVDs under Windows Media Player?

Having recently re-installed XP from scratch, I find I can no longer
play DVDs through Windows Media Player... which I surmise must be
because I had a suitable codec installed before and now I don't.
Can anyone recommend a freeware one I can grab (which I'm sure is what I
had Before)? Have googled but don't ...

I want to set up an email address on my Exchange box, so that people can email
it with news articles. It will then join all the articles into one email, and
send it out each day to a group of recipients. Alternatively, I can do this
with Outlook if that's possible.
