Pandex trojan - Norton and AVG fail to remove it

Has anyone had problems removing the Pandex trojan from a PC which is
infected? This trojan sends spam via a variety of SMTP servers.
A customer has Norton 360 which successfully identifies that it has found
Pandex, even during its boot-up checks, and during a virus scan it claims to
have removed it and needs ...

Can you recommend a good 19"+ flat screen monitor?

have decided to go flatscreen.
However there is such a large choice, I can't see the wood for the
trees.
I was thinking of going for a Dell. They seem reasonably priced.

Outlook Express hangs when you press Send/Receive

A customer with IE7 and the corresponding version of Outlook Express is
reporting that OE will open OK and display the contents of all his folders
but it hangs when he presses Send/Receive, instead of bringing up the second
window with the status and error messages as it tries to contact the POP and
SMTP serve ...

at the moment my comp has a
ASUSTeK V8 Deluxe motherboard
VIA K8T800 Pro+ VT8237(R) chipset
AMD Athalon 64 4000+ - 2400.0 MHz processor.
It's got an Nvidia GeForce 6800GT AGP gfx board.
Am I right in thinking that a gfx upgrade will have to be an AGP rather than
PCI?
