Telnet on Vista
Tue, 22 Apr 2008 09:20:33 +0100

Vista - as used when investigating email problems and you need to telnet to
the POP and/or SMTP servers? I couldn't find one from the Command Prompt and
a Find on hypertrm* didn't find anything either.

Re: Intermittent router problem

work. Work to be preferably within travelling distance of Sheffield but
for the right contract anywhere i ...

I've got a HP Pavilion laptop with XP Home. The computer has an inbuilt
Broadcom 11b wifi.
It is dual boot with one XP partition for a games setup and the other
for general use.
I had a power problem a couple of days back which caused an unintended
shutdown and since then, one one partition only, I have ha ...

"Local access only"!!
Thu, 7 Feb 2008 08:33:34 -0000
Hi,
Any ideas as to why I suddenly have this need to keep resetting the network
adapter via network sharing? (I am sure its associated here) I have just
changed ISP and their supplied router is both wireless and Ethernet. My
previous was Ethernet only. I only use Ethernet at the moment but network
sharing keeps i ...
