Using Nero 7 express, the CD burner in my optiplex gx620 has stopped burning with (initially) a power calibration error. It's done this twice with brand new (admittedly cheap) Emtec media. Google suggests this is a less common problem than it was a few years ago. Is it likely to be sick hardware? Any recommend ...
