Insering A PCI Card (Win98)

In my Win98 system I have changed RAM,optical drives over the years with no
problems.
I would now like to install an Ethernet PCI Card in one of the spare PCI
slots. One slot is currently occupied by a dial-up win modem.
I have up to now stayed clear of PCI because I understand inserting a card

What does FSB1066 or FSB1333 or FSB2000 etc mean?

The CPU clock speed is a function of the system base clock muliplied by the
clock multiplier.
The base clock speed for the Intel FSB1066 bus is 266Mhz.
With the E6300 CPU, the multiplier is fixed at x7.
The E6300 that I have normally runs at 1.86 Ghz (266Mhz x7).
