Time to part with some of my no longer needed stuff, some of which has
been on the self as spares for a long time and others I am selling due
to upgrading to newer systems.

Locked home directory?

I use FileVault on my home directory on my G5 and MBP. For some reason
in the last few weeks the G5 has started showing a little padlock on the
icon for my home directory in finder and I find that I can't make any
changes to it at all. I can still write things into all the
subdirectories, but not into the ho ...

Hi, I just thought I'd ask again whether anyone has a G3 Mac going free that
I could have as I'm desperate to switch to Mac :-) Anything would do whether
it be a Beige G3 or a B&W or even an iMac. It would also help if it were
within 20 miles or so of Nottingham as I have transport difficulties at the
moment ...
