WTD: Ability to capture ID photos from Webcam

I am looking to produce school ID cards for a client.
I need to be able to sit a student down in front of a screen have their
photo come up on the screen from a webcam (easy).
The fun bit is selecting just the face and cropping it to produce a
suitable photo for their ID.

Laptop chargers wanted!!

Hi All
A couple of friends are coincidentally looking for replacement chargers for
their laptops. Does anyone have chargers for a Dell Inspiron 6000 series
(actually the 17" screen version but looks identical to a 6000)
and another for a Samsung NP-Q35 (19V 3.16A).

I got my HTC Tytn II back up and running with a new battery, now however I
have discovered a minor fault with the device.
The fault is that you cannot turn the screen brightness up to maximum in
