FO: Video Settler 2, Manual, Keyboard & Monitor

As per the subject, powers up, the screen comes on, but nothing there.
Has a manual, no idea really how it works, or if it does work! Taken
from a betting shop a friend used to run a while ago. Has been kept in
dry storage, open to offers as I want it gone!

OT: What to do with a franking machine

OT I know, but there are people in here who are bound to know! I've
just dug one out that I got from a clearance some time ago (at least 4
years ago). Powers up, ¡ê50 odd worth of credit in it, no franking
plate. Any ideas, or is it a bin item?

2 left out of the batch of 8 that I had. I took a bios chip from an
old working machine, put it in and it killed it (or it didnt work when
I put it back in the motherboard anyway!).
They are RS model 424-254. Tried them on ebay and the last 2 just cant
seem to find homes. Open to offers for both, or in singles, ...
