Its a real weird one with the spdif in/out sockets and the additional sound

Hi folks,
Have a SATA barracuda 7200.11 ticking on me:( Could really do with getting
the data off so looking to buy or borrow either a whole drive or just a
known working card.
Drive part number is 9FZ136-569
PCB number is 100512588 REV A
This came from inside an external Seagate 1TB aluminium enclosure ...

Must be the -X version and not the plain A8V. Long shot, I know, but
I'm desperate, heh. Just the bare board (no IO shield or accessories,
box, CD, etc) will be fine, as long as it works.
