Scam Phone Calls

Did we have a discussion about scam phone calls a while ago where someone
phones you then when you answer they cut off? Its been happeing to me
several times this week...They leave a number but I'm sure I read on here
that if you ring the number back you get overcharged for the call....Not
that I'm stupid enough ...

Any clues

I was setting up my sisters laptop to send and recieve but it keeps asking
for the mail password. Set it up on my machine and it was fine. Checked,
checked again her settings but it still asks for a password. There was a
problem with the PC looking for kernas64.exe (Of which there is little on
Google, MSN or ...

I have a Netgear router/modem/firewall that allows my two hardwired PC's to
connect to each other and the laptop to the Internet but it wont allow the
laptop to network with the othe two PC's.
I've run network set up (7ral times) but my laptop keeps saying "The MSHOME
network is not available, contact your ...
