My legs ache, My first proper session at the gym, I did 30 mins on the bike,
10 on the cross trianer, Now what a bloody awfull machine that is, it caused
aches in places I did not think could ache, I finished off with a rowing
session, Was gonna go swimming but forgot my swim shorts, D'oh.

Well keeping of the beer didn't go to well, Friday i took my bottle of
orange vodka down to my mates where a few of the guys turned up we drank and
played Articulate which is a great word game.
Saturday we helped my bro take all the rubbish and bricks from his new house
down to the tip then he brought us beer an ...

I noticed when I checked the news this morning that Richard has been up and
walking around. This snippet came from a reference to a column written by
his mate Jeremy Clarkson, his co-presenter on the show. It seems the little

This marsupial spent the week with my youngest at a quiet resort in the

As I was setting off to footy I looked up at the house across the road which
is a bit bigger and has the large bedroom facing my drive, It appears that
house is now ful of students, two young women were putting there finishing

Tonight my might R-Celona, Well I say mighty but this season with two games
left were sat 3rd from bottom of league. We aint won for ages, We had the
fixture of playing Real Madras tonight who are bottom, They won last week
weve lost our last five so they had the potential of sending us further down
