Well with having a cold it's helped me shift a few pounds I was trying to
get rid off, So since I started my diet back at the start of June I have now
lost two stone, Would have been quicker if things like beer, gigs and
festival didnt get in my way lol.
Let's see how much I can loose by Xmas
