mobile contract problems

if you haven't signed a contract and only spoken to someone on the phone
about getting a new phone and they have sent it is it legally binding? Am I
stuck in a contract for 18 months? Can I not send the phone back and go with
someone else? I feel I am being ripped off by my service provider and can't
afford ...

can reasonably be expected to contain the actual words "EXCLUSION
NOTICE" or would similar words i.e. warning notice, important notice,
please read this etc., The rest of the wording being that " BBBB Ltd

I know it's an offence to impersonate a police officer. But what if theres
someone on an internet forum who says they're a police officer when they are
not, any offence there?
The guys not doing anything wrong per se, just every now and again says he's
a copper, which a few of us don't believe.

If I lend a friend the money to buy a house and then 'register an interest'
would that mean that the house would be in the friend's name but should the
house be sold, I would get the proceeds. I'm unclear on what exactly
'registering an interest' means in terms of protecting the lender. Could

allowance for both myself and my wife. How do I go about making us a
joint owners of the property? And how long does it take and cost?
