Executor Bank Account (Tax) Question

Will be applying for probate; meantime am working out inheritance liability
& will pay IHT. Eventually house will need to be sold in order to
distribute estate in accordance with the will. Until house is sold, utility
bills will need paying, as will house (buildings) insurance. Can we set
these onging costs a ...
