Credit Card Surcharge
Sun, 18 Feb 2007 21:25:23 -0000
When I was booking some tickets at last minute.com I confirmed the amount.
I was totally shocked that they had charged me ¡ê18 in a credit card
surcharge when the total that I intended to pay and confirmed was lower than
the debited amount.
What are my legal rights? I thought CC surcharging was unlawful.

Last Will and Testament?
Sun, 18 Feb 2007 15:07:45 -0000
Does anyone know how many signatures need to be present on a Will in order
for it to be valid? I thought a Will had to be signed by someone (one or
more) independant (a witness, if you like) at the time the will is signed by
the person making the Will. Does anyone know exactly how a Will should be
made for it ...

Audio recordings Q1: what constitutes 'making a recording available'?
Wed, 14 Feb 2007 12:18:19 +0000

However, it is not permissable to give a third party a copy of the
recording itself, i.e. to 'make that recording ...
