Just wondering how much power the Courts, Tribunals and Enforcement
bill will give bailiffs. I know they will be allowed to enter
someone's home, after getting a warrant, using 'reasonable force' but
what exactly is 'reasonable force'? Does it mean they can break down
doors and smash windows to gain entry?

In October I bought an untaxed car, had it delivered and left it on
