After some advice please.
Friend of mine on Thursday last week decided to look for a new car for

Would i be right in thinking employees are entitled to a 20 minute tea
break [emphasis on 20], if they start work at 07.15 and their next
break wasn't until 13.30?

Don't mine the fine, and agree ..if you get caught you have got to pay
the price etc etc... but have I got a case here. Fireman driving a
engine, go to a call, then on returning to station get flashed doing
40 in 30 mph area, notice comes via authority to fire station and
me.Union won't assist, and fire service ...
