Ok so its fast approaching I would say before I go much further I dont
smoke and never have, however the new law gives me a few concerns :-
Who will be policing this I can think of a few thousand things that our
local police would be better off looking into?

I'm in court next and was 3 times over (110). I managed to lose both
wing mirror's and smashed one of the headlights but luckily in the
police report they only noticed the 2 missing wing mirror's as it was
dark, although apparently I was driving with no lights on.
Because I had no wing mirrors or rear view mirro ...

would an owner be in breach of a covenant to use a property as a single
private dwelling if he rents out three or four rooms to lodgers?
would this alter if he provided some visitors with B&B?
what about if he regularly had sales of plants from his garden?
