Hi all
Looking for some information please
I have been working for my employer for 14 months
In that time I have had a total of 8 days off from the date I started as my
employer keeps refusing my requested dates for holiday time off.
3 weeks ago I informed my employer that I need 4 days off in a month's time ...

Ok so its fast approaching I would say before I go much further I dont
smoke and never have, however the new law gives me a few concerns :-
Who will be policing this I can think of a few thousand things that our
local police would be better off looking into?

I parked outside a parking a bay and got a PCN
At the time I didn't even give it a second thought
as I was on the end of a row in a corner.
(And I don't mean I thought I was ok to do it because i was in a corner
and wouldn't get caught, I didn't even realise I would incur a penalty.

How easy is it to sue your solitor if they do not point out to you all
the possible options its possible to prosecute the defendant with the
result that you end going on a wild goose chase and end up time statute
barred.? in your case?

I'm in court next and was 3 times over (110). I managed to lose both
wing mirror's and smashed one of the headlights but luckily in the
police report they only noticed the 2 missing wing mirror's as it was
dark, although apparently I was driving with no lights on.
Because I had no wing mirrors or rear view mirro ...
