I'm hoping for some inspiration from some of the more learned members
on here.
I have a case progressing through the courts right now. Speeding at 35
(alleged) in a 30 zone.
The speed device was a Gatso 24 which was mounted in a camera van
taking rear view recordings.

Looking for some information please
I have been working for my employer for 14 months
In that time I have had a total of 8 days off from the date I started as my
employer keeps refusing my requested dates for holiday time off.
3 weeks ago I informed my employer that I need 4 days off in a month's time
