Hi, I don't know if anyone can offer any advice on this, but I'm
having real problems with my downstairs neighbour.
I live in a block of six flats, (the lease is owned by the local
authority), and I am a private tenant. My downstairs neighbour is a
council tenant.

She answered what she believes to be true but due to her mild brain

Callers refusing to tell me where there calling from?

I cant find any info at all on google so i thought i'd ask on here.
I tend to want to know who's calling me before i say im that person.
I recently came across a few calls that say they cannot tell me where they
are calling from and when i ask why they just say its just a private matter.
