Hello, any advice with the following very gratefully recieved.
A family from Africa who I know have a 16 year old daughter, who is
being abused at home. The mother has indefinate right to stay in the
UK. Does the daughter have any right to protection from the State, and
if so, what help can she get?

Job walkout / holiday/backpay.

I walked out of a job back in August.
I recieve a letter the other day stating that I had an obligation to
provide at least one week's notice to terminate contract, as per Section
86 (2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
I did walk out as I fed up, tense and angry about working there. Don't
