I had an electrician in to change all the switches in my house from
plastic to brass plates...He looked at all the existing switches and
said no problem however all the switches have now been changed except
one and although I keep ringing him he says he has a problem
finding the type of switch...I have not paid h ...

related to the incident do we say that we act for the minor?
I.e. Do we word it as we would any other legal letter. For instance:
We act for Lola Mati in the above named matter..... or is it : We act
for Mrs. Mati, Lola Mati's mother in the above ...

Recorded Telephone Call - Small Claims Court

My son is in a dispute and is considering taking the matter
to a small claims court.
He has a recording of a telephone conversation that would
help his case. Can he use this as evidence?
The other party was not aware that the telephone conversation
was being recorded.
