Raising Grievance - 3 months is coming up

I was recently 'threatened' with legal action by a former employer after
I walked out without giving notice, etc.
It is exactly 3 months since I walked out next week and I understand
that 'raising grievance' is only valid in this period.

My wife and sister in law own a property that they have let to DHSS tenants.
