Garage/Lockup for sale or rent near Polwarth?

I'm looking for a garage or lockup somewhere near Polwarth - so covering
Slateford, Gorgie, Polwarth, North Merchiston, Craiglockhart, Meggetland
kind of area.
Anybody know of anywhere?
Been keeping an eye out on ESPC and walking round the area, but can't see
anywhere available.
